Whole Pilates Mat Schedule & Events

MAT CLASSES

Mat is one of the most frequently inquired about forms of Pilates. These classes are best for people who enjoy working out in small groups and can get down onto the floor easily.

Once learned, Mat is easily performed at home requiring minimal equipment, but it can be one of the most challenging forms of Pilates. Because of this, it's strongly recommended that new Pilates students take some private lessons before enrolling in one of the Mat series. This enables the student to get a more effective workout and to learn how to modify exercises for a safe and enjoyable Pilates experience. Correct form is emphasized and multiple Pilates props may be used.

Mat students should be in good physical health and need to bring their own thick mat to class. These classes run one hour.

 Pre-registration  for each session is required

All Whole Pilates Mat Classes are to be scheduled. To start a class, a minimum of 6 (six) students are required. Contact us at 973-962-1327 or 973-865-2764 if you are interested in joining or starting a Mat Class.

Enrollment for Mat Sessions (1 hour):

Mat Sessions run for 5 consecutive weeks at the discounted rate. If space is available, 'drop ins' may attend a class at full price ($20/class). There are no refunds of discounted Packages. Packages must be used for the dates they were purchased for.

    Enroll for 5 week session, once set day/week ....…$75.

   Drop-In per class ...........................................$20.

Classes can also be scheduled at your work place or special event and Skype classes are also available. Call for more information.
